1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is for entertainment only. You are responsible for ensuring that using CrystalAce is lawful where you live; do not use the Service where it is not.

3. Virtual chips - no monetary value

Chips are virtual play money: a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to play games inside the Service. Chips are not your property, have no monetary value, earn nothing, and cannot be sold, transferred between accounts, or redeemed. Game outcomes award chips only - never money or prizes. CrystalAce is not gambling: nothing of real-world value can be won.

4. Purchases and billing

You can buy chip packages at the prices shown at checkout, in USD or EUR. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we never store your full card details. Chips are delivered to your account immediately after payment. All purchases are final, subject to the Refund Policy and to rights you have under mandatory law.

5. Refunds

Refunds are limited: broadly, we can refund a purchase only while its chips are materially unused, for duplicate or erroneous charges, or where the law requires it - and a refund never exceeds the amount you actually paid for that purchase. The full rules are in the Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. Fair play and your account

One account per person. Automation, exploits, bug abuse, chip trading, and account sharing or selling are prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules or the law; balances on accounts terminated for cause are void. You can delete your account at any time; chip balances lapse on deletion and are not compensated (they have no monetary value).

7. Changes to the Service

We may add, change, or remove games, features, chip pricing, and promotional offers, and may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app; continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

8. Intellectual property

The Service - including its games, artwork, names, and software - belongs to us or our licensors. You get no rights in it beyond the personal license to play.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims connected to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the mandatory consumer rights of EU residents.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes go to Harju County Court, Estonia - unless you are an EU consumer, in which case you keep the protections and forum rights of your home country and may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
