How CrystalAce works
CrystalAceis a social casino: slot-style games you play with virtual chips, for entertainment only. This page explains, in plain terms, what a chip is, where free chips come from, what buying chips does and does not do, and what “social” means in that phrase. You must be 18 or older to play.
What a chip actually is
A chip is CrystalAce’s virtual play currency - the stake you place on every spin, and the number that goes up when a spin pays out. Chips exist only inside the app. They are not a store of value, not a currency, and not property you own outside the Service.
Chips have no real-world value and can never be cashed out, withdrawn, exchanged, or transferred. Winning chips is part of the fun - it is never winning money.
Where free chips come from
Every new account gets a 10,000-chip welcome gift as soon as you confirm your email. After that, a daily wheel spin, hourly bonuses, and missions all add chips on their own schedule, and friends add another free source: send and collect a 500-chip gift with each friend once a day, at no cost to either of you. None of it requires spending anything.
What buying chips does - and does not do
Buying a chip pack is entirely optional. If you choose to, packages are shown at checkout in USD or EUR and delivered to your account immediately after payment - that’s the whole transaction. A purchase gives you more chips sooner, so you can keep playing without waiting for the free sources above to refill.
What a purchase does not do: it does not convert into money, it does not unlock anything a free chip can’t reach on its own, and it does not change how any game plays. A purchased chip and a chip you won on the daily wheel are the same chip once they land in your balance.
Why odds never change with a purchase
Every game’s payout behaviour - its symbols, its randomness, its odds of any given outcome - is fixed for every player, decided the same way regardless of how a chip got into your balance. A chip bought with a card and a chip won from a friend’s gift move through the exact same math on the exact same spin. Spending more never buys a better chance of winning; it only buys more chances to play.
What “social” means here
